• The term "sold out" stands for an item (book) that is not available at the publisher. It is possible however to find them in stores brand new.
• The term "used" stands for an item (book) that has already been used, but is in good condition.

• Our Purchases Department contacts a large number of (book) stores to find the best offer on the market. You will receive information about the search for the item you ordered within two weeks – either an offer with a price, or a note that we did not succeed in finding the item. Your order will remain valid until you cancel it personally.



• We will contact you via email to get your approval to deliver the item (book) to you. Every sold out or used item is unique and the prices vary depending on the condition of the item and the estimate of our supplier regarding the value of the item.



• When we receive your approval, we secure and deliver the item to you. As with any other delivery, we do not charge you until the book has been sent, so you will not pay anything until you agree with the price and until we mail your order.
